    Love the chart! I’m surprised, however, that (a) rosé isn’t mentioned (9% of the world’s consumption of wine is rosé, and it’s one of the most food-friendly wines), and (b) sparkling wine isn’t depicted as more food-friendly (while it does have the “most connections” in this diagram, I would have added a connection to dessert and possibly rich fish and white meat). What do you think?
