    Hi Rick,
    Perfect timing! We were hosting a wine and finger foods party tonight. We made your butternut squash with pine nuts & sage bruschetta – it was perfect! Different from a typical one but so good. Thanks for sharing!

    Looks great! Made my on with butternut squash, some prosciutto di parma, pecorino and rocket!
