Chocolate Almond Bacon Bars

INGREDIENTS
1 cup heavy cream
10 OZ dark chocolate
4 OZ blanched Marcona almonds, crushed

Heat cream until almost boiling. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat and combine with cream. Fold in almonds, pour mixture onto baking sheet and freeze until set.

INGREDIENTS pt. 2

1/2 cup heavy cream
10 OZ white chocolate
12-OZ package thick cut bacon, slow cooked until golden brown the finely chopped

Heat cream until almost boiling. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat and combine with cream. Fold in chopped bacon, spread over dark chocolate mixture and freeze for one hour. Cut bars into desired sizes, then freeze again.

INGREDIENTS pt. 3

12 OZ semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Melt semisweet chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat. Whish in vegetabel oil. Arrange bars on a cooling rack over a pan and cover with melted chocolate. Cool bars in freezer before coating other side.
