good for u Rick! one of the very first things I had to do as a culinary student in Paris, was clean, prepare and cook fresh tongue w/ grapes! and then eat it in front of my instructors..it was amazing! and one of the many things I had to learn do with food, that once I would have thought gross & disgusting! found out different…good for u!

Foodie likes this . . .but I'm with Frank, it would have been icing on the cake if you could have shown us how to prepare it after you posed with it. Beef tongue tacos are my favorite at the moment, but even I would have to look up how to prep beef tongue to make them at home. RICK – Great video – BUT DUDE _ Stop it with the tongue – SICK! lol! Though I used to eat cow tongue sandwiches as a child…. I can't watch this – ahhhhhhhhh I did become a veggie for 15 years… so that might explain this extreme reaction!
