Agree with Andrea, but where do you get good fresh strawberries in the middle of winter that aren't from Mexico or somewhere that uses tons of pesticides? Lamb looks fantastic.

why in the world do you do this to us. I am so hungry. My wife and I are alone for Christmas this year, maybe well try making the salad and the Lamb.
